For much of my life, I believed success came from discipline, structure, and pushing through uncertainty. As an athlete, executive leader, and mother, I became comfortable carrying responsibility and navigating high pressure environments. Over time, though, some of the most defining seasons of my life came not from achievement, but from unexpected change.

Those experiences reshaped the way I think about gratitude, resilience, and abundance. I began to understand that growth is not always loud or visible. Sometimes it looks like rebuilding. Sometimes it looks like letting go, or becoming someone new.

This space is a collection of reflections on reinvention, leadership, wellness, motherhood, and the ongoing process of becoming.
